Refund & Return Policy

At Ivozen, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our kitchen tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene reasons, kitchen tools that have been used to prepare food cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact us at service@ivozen.com.

Request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a prepaid return label and sending a replacement at no extra cost.


4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" or "Clearance" events.

  • Gift cards.
