At Ivozen, we are committed to delivering our professional-grade kitchen tools to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a second email containing your tracking number.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We strive to get your tools to you efficiently. Depending on your location, please refer to the estimated timelines below:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or promotional events (like Black Friday), please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing and delivery.
3. SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain threshold (please check our homepage banner for current promotions!).
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Ivozen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable," we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, Ivozen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
